Fellows usually join their small research team in the Spring, and stay for up to two years. The type of work will vary depending on the team joined, with standard eight hours a day working hours, Monday to Friday. To help new Fellows settle in and feel comfortable at work and in a new country, they are assigned a mentor to assist them both in and outside the workplace. |
