razor sharp imagery. Pixel for pixel in pure Toshiba quality. And
all at lightning fast speeds thanks to the 90 MHz Pentium processor
and quad-speed CD-ROM drive. So why not call in at your Toshiba
dealer and take a new look at the world around you, on a Satellite
Pro 410CS.
The
Future Today
With
the latest notebook in the Satellite Pro Series you'll be able to
meet tomorrow's aspirations today. Not only does the Satellite Pro
410CS have a 90 MHz Pentium processor, it's also packed with the
sort of punchy components that make the most out of the Pentium
chip's speed and power. Like the suitably capacious 810 million
byte hard disk drive or the standard 8 MB of EDO RAM - short for
Extended Data Output - that makes sure data is delivered in big
enough parcels to keep even the ultra-fast Pentium processor satisfied.
What's more, with the quad-speed CD-ROM drive, the Satellite Pro
410CS is the perfect partner for multimedia. Your full-motion video
files will run sharp and smoothd. Alternatively, swap your CD-ROM
drive for a floppy drive when you want to swap data. Both are delivered
with the PC and both fit into the Toshiba SelectBay. A built-in
Sound Blaster Pro compatible 16-bit sound card can even turn your
screen into anything from a rock concert to an opera. All these
pyrotechnics are brought to life on the Satellite Pro's remarkably
large TFT screen. With 11.3 inches and High Colour at a resolution
of 800 x 600 pixels, you're going to be watching every detail with
crystal clarity and brilliant colours. And to protect your eyesight,
the video controller ensures that pictures on an external screen
are refreshed at an ergonomic rate of 75Hz. IN communications, the
Satellite Pro 410CS offers a new perspective. There's a PC Card
(PC Card) slot for 2 Type II or one Type III cards, so your E-mail,
fax or network connections are always within reach. And a Serial
InfraRed (SIR) port brings you cable-less data connections to your
printer or a desktop PC. Externally there's an optional Card Station
for a further two Type III PC Card slots, an additional MIDI connector
and a whole range of ports. But no matter how good the technology,
there's a human test it has to pass too - you. So we've made the
Satellite Pro 410CS incredibly user friendly as well. And where
do you get to test it? Why at your Toshiba dealer, of course!
